Need help with FlowSense?
FlowSense is a private, on-device menstrual cycle tracker. Because all your data stays on your device, support is mostly self-serve — but we are happy to help with anything below.
Common questions:
- My data disappeared. FlowSense data is stored on your device only. Deleting and reinstalling the App will erase your history. If you used iCloud Backup before deleting, restoring your phone from that backup may also restore the App data.
- I forgot my PIN. For your privacy, the PIN cannot be recovered. Deleting and reinstalling the App will reset it but will also clear your data.
- My period prediction looks wrong. Predictions become more accurate after you log 2–3 full cycles. Log the start date of each new period in Calendar → tap the day → Log Period Start.
- Notifications aren't working. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → FlowSense → make sure Allow Notifications is on.
- I want to delete my data. Delete the App from your device. There is no account or cloud copy to clear.
